Changing the active carbon filter
To ensure efficient air purification the active carbon filter must be changed regularly. For detailed instructions on how to do this, refer to the Balena 8000 operating instructions.
Ordering the active carbon filter
To ensure your shower toilet is always odour-free, we recommend that you change the active carbon filter every 6 months. You can order the active carbon filter through our Spares Direct Service or through your installer who can purchase the filter from our distribution partners.
Refilling "JETCLEAN 8000" nozzle cleaner
To ensure the hygiene function on your Balena 8000 shower toilet works at its best, the nozzle cleaning fluid has to be refilled regularly. For detailed instructions on how to do this, refer to the Balena 8000 operating instructions. You can purchase the JetClean 8000 trough our Spares Direct Serviceor through your installer who can purchase the filter from our distribution partners.
